Green Mountain Roller Derby is back on the track for a Summer Jam!
Come see Vermont’s Grade A Fancy as they battle it out against the Bay State Brawlers on July 11 at the Champlain Valley Expo. Our wrestling-themed smackdown is sure to entertain as these players sling, block, and wreck each other around the track.
Bring your kids! Bring your spouse! Heck, bring your mother-in-law! Just show up—it’s going to be a summer slam fest at its best!

Settling the Score: Officiating Clinic & Scrimmage
Sunday, July 12 | 9:30 am Clinic | 12 pm Scrimmage
at The Champlain Valley Expo
Join GMRD & friends for a morning of focused officials training followed by a scrimmage where participants can practice their skills! Officials will learn about the Jam Referee, Scorekeeper, and Scoreboard Operator positions, then skaters will hit the track for a B-Level scrimmage.

Minor Catastrophes Junior Roller Derby Camp
July 20-24 | Essex High School Rink, Essex Junction, VT
Campers in grades 2–12 are invited to join skaters from Vermont’s premier roller derby league to learn the basics of roller skating and roller derby in a fun, supportive environment. Develop new skills, play games, and grow your confidence on wheels in this five-day camp exclusively for young skaters.
Skaters of all genders are welcome and no experience is required! Loaner gear is available, though all campers are required to supply their own mouthguard.
